Devas. Indra, in turn, passed on the idol to Brihaspati and Vayu. The two
celestial beings carried the idol and, upon reaching a sacred spot in Kerala,
they heard a melodious sound and realized that Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati
were present there. Convinced that it was an auspicious place, they decided to
install the idol there.
